Typically, I do my homework before meeting insurance people to let them know which discounts I want and such, but I did not need to do that this time. They automatically helped me same. Mind blown.
Moreover, they reply to emails quickly. Most professionals lack that courtesy, but they don’t! Forger the 24H waiting, the reply ASAP. Nice!Edit: I went to them for a car insurance quote on August 9, 2021, and they were diligent enough to look up my current quote and provide me with something better. I had been searching for car quotes myself with difficulty, but once I left everything with Michael, he was able to compare policies to provide me with the best policy. Preciously, I paid $!10 (for 2 cars, 3 people), but I was just looking for a quote (for 1 car, 1 person) and he managed to find me one with better coverage (full package: PIP and everything included) for $111 a month. All other companies wanted to charge >$130 and that was with combining home and life insurance. The $111 is combined with no other policies. Amazing!”
